We coordinate with Professional Engineers (P.Eng) to produce mechanical drawings that meet City of Vancouver K1/K2 requirements and NFPA 96 standards. We handle the permit submission process for you.

Our certified technicians fabricate custom ductwork and install hoods, fans, and fire suppression systems. We ensure liquid-tight welds for grease ducts and proper clearances for fire safety.

We perform air balancing and system testing. We manage the final inspections with city officials and fire departments to obtain your occupancy permit and get you open for business.
